These General Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of Vibing Video (the “Service”). By creating an account, purchasing minutes, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you accept these Terms on its behalf.
Vibing Video turns text you provide into generated videos using automated AI systems. Output quality, timing and content may vary. We may add, change or remove features at any time, and we may set reasonable technical limits (for example, on length, resolution, or request rate).
The Service is paid. You purchase minutes of finished video in packs; minutes are deducted only for finished videos, based on their actual length, and are non-transferable. Prices are shown at checkout and may change for future purchases. Except where required by law, purchased minutes are non-refundable once a generation has been started.
You retain ownership of the text, files and other materials you submit (“Input”). You grant us a limited license to process your Input solely to operate and improve the Service and to generate your videos. You are responsible for having the rights to all Input you provide.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable minutes, you own the videos generated for you (“Output”) and may use them for any lawful purpose, including commercially. You are responsible for reviewing Output before publishing it.
You agree not to use the Service to create or distribute content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, hateful, or that impersonates others or violates anyone’s rights. You may not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or abuse the Service or its rate limits.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. AI-generated output may contain errors or inaccuracies and should be reviewed by you before use. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vibing Video will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for amounts exceeding what you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
