This Privacy Policy explains what information Vibing Video (“we”) collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to your use of our website and the Service.
Account data such as your email address; the text, files and links you submit to generate videos (“Input”); the videos we generate for you (“Output”); billing information processed by our payment provider; and basic usage and device data (for example, log and analytics events) used to operate and improve the Service.
We use your information to provide the Service (generate and deliver your videos), process payments and minute balances, provide support, secure and improve the product, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
Generating a video involves automated AI systems and trusted third-party providers (for example, model, text-to-speech, rendering and cloud-storage providers) acting as our subprocessors. Your Input is shared with them only as needed to produce your Output.
Inputs and generated videos are stored so you can access them in your account and via the API. We retain data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, then delete or anonymize it within a reasonable period unless a longer term is required by law.
We share information only with subprocessors that help us run the Service, when required by law, or in connection with a business transfer. All subprocessors are bound by appropriate confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or to object to certain processing. You can exercise these rights by contacting us.
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data in transit and at rest. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
